Portfolio Monitoring Services

Stock portfolio monitoring

Are you worried that the companies you invest in are not being run properly?  Ciarlanto Law offers complimentary portfolio monitoring services for its clients.

How Does Portfolio Monitoring work?

For its current clients, Ciarlanto Law offers complimentary stock portfolio monitoring, where Ciarlanto Law will monitor its clients' stock portfolios for signs of corporate wrongdoing, fraud or mismanagement occurring at the companies owned by the client.  The wrongdoing that can occur can be anything from something as small as an accounting restatement that goes unnoticed by the press to something as large as the Enron scandal.

If wrongdoing is detected at a company that is in the stock market portfolio of one of Ciarlanto Law's clients, Ciarlanto Law will promptly reach out to the client to apprise them of the situation and advise them of their options.  If the client chooses to proceed with a legal solution, Ciarlanto Law will be happy to advise the client throughout the process.  If Ciarlanto Law cannot handle a potential case for whatever reason (we are highly selective), Ciarlanto Law will refer the client out to one of our many in-network investment fraud attorneys that Ciarlanto Law has a relationship with. Participation in Ciarlanto Law's portfolio monitoring services does not create any commitment, obligation or expectation on the part of either Ciarlanto Law or the client to file a lawsuit whatsoever.

Current clients of Ciarlanto Law have the option of uploading their stock market portfolio account statements here.  If you prefer to email your statements instead, they can be sent to portfolio@ciarlantolaw.com.

You can, we just need to get to know a little more about you first.  Please fill out our initial intake form found here and someone will be in touch regarding next steps.

Yes, portfolio monitoring is actually free for current clients of Ciarlanto Law.  While Ciarlanto Law does not charge a fee for portfolio monitoring, it does hope you will consider using Ciarlanto Law to pursue any legal remedies if Ciarlanto Law detects wrongdoing in your portfolio.  For the cases that Ciarlanto Law cannot directly take on, Ciarlanto Law may receive a referral fee from one of our in-network attorneys if we are forced to refer you elsewhere.  No matter what, no costs of any kind whatsoever will be incurred by the client for participation in these services.
