Mr. Ciarlanto is a distinguished executive and attorney with over 15 years of extensive experience in legal, operational, financial, and information technology sectors. He most recently served as the General Counsel and Chief Operating Officer of a globally acclaimed design and manufacturing company. In these roles, he oversaw the company's legal and operational functions, gaining comprehensive insight into the intricacies of operating a world-renowned business and addressing a wide array of potential challenges.

Before transitioning to an in-house position, Mr. Ciarlanto began his career at two prestigious Philadelphia-area law firms, where he represented individual and institutional investors in complex corporate governance and securities class actions. His commitment to protecting investor rights from corporate malfeasance took him across the country. His expertise in negotiating intricate corporate agreements has led to settlements and corporate governance reforms worth hundreds of millions of dollars for publicly traded companies nationwide. This diverse skill set and unwavering dedication to excellence have established him as a formidable leader in his field.

Mr. Ciarlanto earned his Juris Doctorate from Villanova University School of Law, where he served as the Business Editor of the Sports and Entertainment Law Journal.  While at Villanova, Mr. Ciarlanto served as a Judicial Extern for the Hon. Matthew D. Carrafiello of the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas.   He holds dual Bachelor's Degrees in Economics (with honors) and Political Science from Penn State University - University Park.  While at Penn State, Mr. Ciarlanto published an honors-level thesis entitled "What is so Super About the Superstar: A Look at Earnings Differences in the Sports and Entertainment Industries," which involved complex regression analyses to empirically analyze the effects that being deemed a so-called "superstar" had on earnings despite an individual's actual measurable performance.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Mr. Ciarlanto resides in the suburbs of Philadelphia with his wife and daughter. In his leisure time, he enjoys competitive running, sports of all types, exploring the outdoors, and traveling.
